The 9 Collective is a high-end residential tower designed to stand out within one of Dubai’s most connected urban corridors. The project combines a clear orthogonal structure with sweeping balcony forms, creating the perception of a curved tower while retaining a direct and efficient construction logic.

Whiterock’s contribution brought together façade refinement, interior design, landscape, BIM delivery, FF&E, and sales visualization into one cohesive design direction. From the double-height lobby to the family hubs, library, café, cigar room, indoor golf, lounges, podium pool, and rooftop pool, the project is shaped as a highly serviced vertical community.

Exterior

A simple construction logic transformed into a distinctive tower identity.

Whiterock kept the main architectural structure direct and orthogonal while using curved balcony lines to create a dynamic façade expression. Stone finishes and refined detailing elevate the exterior while supporting a more efficient route to construction.

Amenity-rich interiors create the feeling of a private vertical club.

The interiors include a double-height lobby and a wide range of shared lifestyle spaces, from family hubs and lounges to a library, café, cigar room, indoor golf area, and wellness amenities. Each space was designed to reinforce the project’s premium residential positioning.
