Located on a man-made island in Al Jurf, SHA Wellness Residences brings together residential living, landscape, and wellbeing within a rare coastal setting. The project is conceived as a refined community of villas, pavilions, gardens, pathways, and shared spaces, with an organic architectural language and a warm, contemporary material direction.

Whiterock’s contribution focused on enhancing the landscape experience, shaping pavilion architecture, and developing residential interiors that elevate the project’s sense of calm. The design creates pocket spaces, green connections, play areas, and intimate moments within the wider island plan, helping the community feel both premium and deeply connected to nature.

Exterior

Landscape becomes the connective tissue of the island community.

Whiterock developed paths, green pockets, forested areas, and shared outdoor spaces that create gentle movement through the project. The landscape strategy supports privacy, discovery, and everyday wellbeing rather than acting only as decoration.
