Set on a rare waterfront plot between Benidorm and Finestrat, the tower takes advantage of an exceptional position where the building feels almost suspended above the sea. The limited site footprint became a driver for the architecture, shaping a compact residential tower where each unit prioritizes views, openness, and proximity to the water.

Whiterock’s design removes unnecessary corridor space to create larger living, dining, and kitchen areas connected directly to the bedrooms. Fully openable panoramic glazing, soft interiors, and a rooftop pool complete the project as a refined coastal residence designed around light, air, and uninterrupted sea views.

The building form responds directly to the constraints and opportunity of the plot, maximizing the available footprint while preserving the strength of the sea-facing experience. The architecture is efficient, direct, and focused on creating the greatest possible connection to the water.

Interior

Coastal interiors designed around openness, softness, and uninterrupted views.

Whiterock developed interiors with a warm, wabi-sabi-inspired palette, soft edges, and relaxed contemporary furniture. The layouts reduce circulation and enlarge the main living areas, allowing the homes to feel generous despite the compact tower footprint.

The upper level introduces a pool and amenity experience that extends the project beyond the individual residences. This space strengthens the lifestyle value of the tower, offering residents a privileged place to relax above the waterfront.
