Sobha Villas Dubai explores a more ornate and highly detailed residential language within a premium villa context. The project required a departure from a minimal design approach, embracing a richer maximalist direction while still maintaining coherence, hierarchy, and architectural discipline.

Whiterock worked across the exterior façade and interior design, guiding the process through multiple iterations with the client. By combining curated references, art direction, material development, and spatial control, the final design achieves a distinctive and elevated residential character.
