Located in Dubai Marina, Burj Capital is conceived as a premium workplace tower with a darker, more confident architectural character. The project moves away from the expected brightness of many commercial towers in the city, using a refined dark palette to create presence, contrast, and a sense of contemporary professionalism.

Whiterock translated the client’s visual ambition into a coherent design direction across façade, interiors, and landscape. Through an iterative moodboard and design process, the studio defined a language that extends from the tower envelope to the lobby, offices, café, gym, terraces, and sky gardens, creating a unified experience from arrival to workplace life.

Exterior

A darker façade language gives the tower a stronger presence in the skyline.

Whiterock refined the exterior identity with a bold, dark-toned architectural direction that responds directly to the client’s brief. The approach creates a distinctive commercial tower that feels powerful, contemporary, and clearly differentiated within Dubai Marina.

Workplace interiors shaped around atmosphere, height, and professional refinement.

The interior scope includes the lobby, office environments, café, gym, and shared spaces, including dramatic double- and triple-height areas. The design uses the darker palette as a foundation for a polished, memorable workplace experience.

Sky gardens and terraces introduce freshness into the workplace experience.

Whiterock developed landscape spaces across roof gardens, level 14 sky gardens, and exterior terraces. These areas bring natural relief, social use, and elevated outdoor amenity into the office tower.
