Located in North Riyadh, OUD Reserve is conceived as a premium low-rise development where offices, residences, and shared amenities are gathered around a central landscape gesture. Arrival through a large gateway leads directly to the water feature at the heart of the plan, establishing a clear point of orientation and a more memorable experience of place.

Whiterock’s approach focuses on bringing calm, value, and visual coherence to a multi-building development. Through contemporary architecture, garden integration, material refinement, and a strong internal landscape axis, the project is positioned as a composed urban reserve within one of Riyadh’s fast-growing districts.

Exterior

A central water feature gives the development its organising logic.

The master plan is structured around a clear internal focus, with buildings and gardens orbiting the main water element. This creates a stronger sense of address, improves orientation, and gives the project a more distinctive spatial identity.
