Located on the coast of Anguilla in the Eastern Caribbean, this beachfront residential development is shaped around privacy, tropical landscape, and a direct connection to the sea. The architecture combines clean white volumes, natural timber elements, shaded terraces, and generous openings to create a relaxed contemporary character suited to island living.

Whiterock’s contribution brings together architecture, interiors, and landscape to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Private pools, layered tropical planting, open living spaces, and ocean-facing terraces extend each home into its surroundings, creating a calm and refined residential environment defined by light, nature, and the Caribbean setting.

Exterior

Landscape becomes the connective tissue of the island community.

Whiterock developed paths, green pockets, forested areas, and shared outdoor spaces that create gentle movement through the project. The landscape strategy supports privacy, discovery, and everyday wellbeing rather than acting only as decoration.
