Prescott Estate brings together five waterfront residences in Miami, including an existing house from the early 1900s that became a defining part of the project narrative. Rather than treating the historic structure as an obstacle, the design approach incorporated it as an anchor, allowing the estate to balance traditional character with a more contemporary architectural expression.
Whiterock’s work focused on interior design, detailed spatial development, BIM delivery, and immersive visualization. The interiors were shaped to create continuity between old and new, producing a warm and distinctive Miami atmosphere that allows the different architectural languages to complement rather than compete with each other.
