Set within Dubai Creek Harbour, the project is conceived as a living neighbourhood rather than a collection of isolated buildings. Its central landscape core brings together movement, retail, leisure, and amenities, creating a place where residents can meet, recognize one another, and build a stronger sense of community.

Whiterock’s work focused on the masterplanning, landscape, and interior design of the development, balancing simple architectural clarity with a more animated and socially active ground plane. The design uses pools, fitness areas, gardens, retail edges, and informal activity zones to create a vibrant residential environment with a distinct community identity.

A community core designed to make everyday life visible and connected.

Whiterock helped shape the central spatial strategy around walkability, activity, and shared amenity. The plan organizes retail, leisure, landscape, and residential movement into a social heart for the development.
