Project info

Dubai Islands Residences is a substantial residential development on Dubai Islands, where the quality of the shared ground plane is central to the identity of the project. Across seven buildings, the design uses landscape, pools, pavilions, and amenity moments to create a more organic transition from the residential blocks toward the beachfront setting.

Whiterock’s work focused on giving equal value to the full site, including the buildings and gardens positioned further from the beach. Through pocket spaces, landscaped routes, pavilions, a jazz club, bespoke kitchens, soft material palettes, and water elements that move from terrace to interior, the project is framed as an ultra-premium residential environment of calm and distinction.

A landscape network that gives every building a sense of arrival and value.

Whiterock shaped the gardens, pools, pocket spaces, and amenity pavilions as a continuous experience across the development. The landscape strategy helps distribute activity through the site and draws residents gently toward the beach.

Ultra-premium interiors shaped around softness, texture, and calm.

The residential interiors include bespoke kitchens, refined material palettes, and water features that extend from terrace to interior. Soft textures and layered finishes create a tranquil atmosphere without becoming flat or generic.

Amenity pavilions, gardens, and destination spaces are positioned to give depth and identity to the entire development, not only the beachfront edge. This strategy helps activate the spaces between buildings and create a more equitable residential experience.
